Official Rules: Bless Your Heart Sweepstakes

 

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Compliance and Disclosures

This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. By participating, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Meta Release: This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, or Instagram.
  • No Purchase Necessary: Participation is free. No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter or win this sweepstakes. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.
  • Entry Requirements: In accordance with Meta’s platform policies, “sharing” this post or “tagging” friends is not a requirement for entry. While sharing is appreciated, it does not constitute a valid entry method nor does it increase odds of winning.
  • Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): Individuals may enter without a social media account or purchase by following the instructions provided in Section 4.

2. Drafted Official Rules Template

SPONSOR: The Gulfport-Biloxi International Airport, located at 14035-L Airport Rd, Gulfport, MS 39503, United States, (“Sponsor”).

  1. ELIGIBILITY: The Bless Your Heart Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the United States who reside in the State of Mississippi and are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
  2. AGREEMENT TO RULES: By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Sweepstakes.
  3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: Entries will be accepted online starting on March 18, 2026, 12:00 am and ending April 30, 2026, 11:59 pm. All online entries must be received by April 30, 2026, 11:59 pm.
  4. HOW TO ENTER: * Social Media Entry: Participants may enter through the following methods on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/flyGPT) or Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/flygpt/?hl=en):
    1. Comments: Post a comment on any official Sweepstakes ad or post on the Sponsor’s page using the hashtag #BlessYourHeartGPT.
    2. Feed Posts: Post on your own personal Facebook or Instagram feed using the hashtag #BlessYourHeartGPT. While this method provides an additional entry, it is not a mandatory requirement for winning.
    • Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): Individuals may also enter the Sweepstakes through either of the following free methods:
      1. Online Entry: Visit https://www.flygpt.com/subscribe/ and complete the entry/subscription form.
      2. Mail-in Entry: Mail a 3×5 card with your name, address, and phone number to: 14035-L Airport Rd, Gulfport, MS 39503, United States, Attn: Marketing Department – Sweepstakes Entry.
    • Limit: There is no limit to the number of entries. Users may enter as many times as they wish by making multiple comments or posts containing the required hashtag during the Sweepstakes Period.
  5. PRIZES: The Winner(s) of the Sweepstakes (the “Winner”) will receive a prize consisting of a restaurant gift card or other similar local giveaway item. The approximate retail value of each prize is between $25.00 and $100.00 USD. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner.
  6. ODDS: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
  7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: Winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of Sponsor. Winner will be notified via the same platform or method through which the winning entry was submitted (e.g., Direct Message for social media entries, or Email for Online/Mail-in entries) within five (5) days following selection of Winner. Sponsor shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings (including, for social media entrants, having account settings that do not allow for Direct Messages from the Sponsor). If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within seven (7) days from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.
  8. PUBLICITY RELEASE: Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes Winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of Winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
  9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof.
  10. RELEASE OF META: This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, or Instagram. By entering, You provide a complete release of Meta from any and all liability in connection with this Sweepstakes.
  11. GOVERNING LAW: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Harrison County, Mississippi.
