Airport Ambassador Program

Airport Ambassadors are an essential part of the services offered at Gulfport-Biloxi. This friendly, dynamic volunteer group provides a touch of true Southern hospitality as they welcome and assist our traveling guests.

Our Ambassadors assist with a variety of responsibilities throughout the airport, including:

• Welcoming passengers
• Assisting passengers with terminal information
• Providing directions/information to visitors
• Helping airport staff with special events and holiday promotions
• Relaying customer feedback to our staff
