GULFPORT – Representatives from over 40 airports will join four major airlines in attending an Airport Roundtable Series hosted by the Gulfport-Biloxi International Airport and Visit Mississippi Gulf Coast December 2 and 3 in Biloxi.
Conference organizer and Managing Director of Ailevon Pacific Aviation Consulting, Brad DiFiore, said the conference will “highlight air service development best-practices and airport marketing strategies.”
“This event offers participants a valuable opportunity to learn from and network with industry professionals, while experiencing a unique and resilient market,” DiFiore said. “We’re excited to bring this conference to the Mississippi Gulf Coast.”
Gulfport-Biloxi International Airport and Visit Mississippi Gulf Coast were selected earlier this year to host the Airport Roundtable Series. Other Roundtables are being held in Savannah, GA and Las Vegas, NV.
“We are pleased to have this opportunity to be able to showcase Gulfport-Biloxi International Airport and the Mississippi Gulf Coast to airline partners, potential partners and our airport peers,” said Clay Williams, Executive Director, Gulfport-Biloxi International Airport.
“This event provides attendees an opportunity to see the many amenities the Mississippi Gulf Coast has to offer,” said Renee Areng, Executive Director, Visit Mississippi Gulf Coast.
Airport professionals will travel from 14 U.S. states and Canada to attend. Airlines represented at the conference include United, Delta, Allegiant and Southwest.
