Atlantic Aviation, AvCenter FBOs to Merge Dallas , November 3, 2005 Atlantic Aviation Services has announced that the Atlantic and FBO AvCenter’s will merge under the Atlantic banner effective January 1 st, 2006. Both groups are wholly owned subsidiaries of Macquarie Infrastructure Company (NYSE: MIC). “The combined operations will allow us to offer our customers an even broader array of service options” said Louis T. Pepper, CEO of Atlantic. “With the rebranding of the AvCenter sites in the Eastern U.S., Atlantic is now serving some of the most popular GA destinations in America with a nationwide network.” Following the merger, Atlantic will operate out of 18 general aviation airports around the country. Clive Lowe, who currently oversees the operations of the AvCenter FBO’s, will continue in his management role and report directly to Pepper. All AvCenter employees will continue in their current roles following the merger. The change will involve the following AvCenter locations: PIT, SDF, GPT, BTV, ILG, and E34th St. heliport in New York City (6N5).
